This song is a teeny bit old, BUT it's new to me! Please give consideration to Keren* Ann's "Jardin d'hiver." Keren's based in Paris, New York and Israel, and sings in french and english. Her most recent album is entirely in english :( I'm partial to her slightly older stuff.
