Empire of the Sun (the band, not the movie)

Empire of the Sun is Australia's answer to MGMT, a duo making fantasy pop. The first single off their debut album is the title track, "Walking on a Dream." The pair managed to secure the number 4 slot on the BBC's Sound of 2009 list.

Their album art kicks some serious 1980's ass.
